     A special note to our customers... We are a customer service based business. It is our goal to provide a safe and superior service to you and your pet.

Our customers are the most important visitor on our premises. They are not dependent on us... we are dependent on them. If we don't treat our customers right and provide them with a great service at a reasonable price, someone else will.

 "What can I say, the boarding is outstanding, it is an extension of our home. We have boarded our dogs in a lot of places in the past and when you go to pick them up they almost kill you to get in your car. When we pick them up from your boarding they have so many friends, dogs and staff, that they really do not want to come home. Doggie day care completely exhausts my dogs which is a good thing, especially when their friend Bernie is there. The grooming is just great. The dogs come out feeling so much better. We just started using their Vets last year, and now have replaced our vet of 30 years, that tells it all.

Per a phone call to the Animal Campus Vet Clinic, not only did I know where to go and what to do, I found a group of people that honestly cared and wanted to help. To the point where they were willing to come in during their closed hours as well as during a lovely Wisconsin snow storm. They were willing to do this to not only meet my needs but to do what was best for my pet. Thank you... not only did you make this "transition of life" a little easier, but you've also made me more interested in the other items that Animal Campus has to offer. As your website states "it's a family run business," you made me feel part of it."

  I wanted to let you know how much every time I've boarded my dog(Summer) with you its always been a wonderful experience! I love the 'report cards' you send home too, to let us know how my dog did. Your kennels are always well cleaned and maintained and the outdoor areas are huge! Not to mention the ability for the dogs to go in the pond which I think was a great idea! Our Family is so grateful for all the kind attention and great care everyone gave our black lab Luke. On a number of occasions the staff at the Animal Campus, Particularly Dr. Clif Gidlund, helped Luke when he was extremely ill. Luke became a part of our family in March 09 when he was 8 weeks old. Only 2 months later he became very ill. It was then i stopped in at the Campus Vet, unannounced, with no appointment, and they immediately took us in and started helping Luke. THANK YOU!   Then Luke got better, for a while, then ill again. He was a difficult patient for some time to say the least. Where to begin... For all the last minute appointments, to the time when they kept him for 5 days and watched over him when we had a vacation planned, for all the phone calls to check in and to see how he was doing, some calls during business hours, some on weekends. For helping us understand along the way. For the affordable prices!! for practicing good medicine; standard and otherwise. For the true concern everyone had for his health and recovery. For the great medical attention he was given.... THANK YOU!!!!!
